1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Movib, the user agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Use of the app is only permitted to people over 13 years old (or the minimum legal age of their country of residence).
2. Content Rules and Zero Tolerance (UGC)
Movib applies a zero-tolerance policy toward inappropriate content or offensive behavior.
- Publishing violent, pornographic, racist, defamatory or illegal content is forbidden.
- Users have tools available to block other users and report inappropriate content.
- The Movib team will review reports within 48 hours and reserves the right to remove content and permanently ban offending accounts.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- All payments are handled through the official stores (Apple/Google).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before expiration.
- Management and cancellation must be done through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
4. Intellectual Property
The design, code and logos of Movib are property of Movib. Movie data is provided through the TMDB API.
5. Limitation of Liability
Movib is provided "as is". We are not responsible for service interruptions, loss of user-generated data, or content published by third parties.
